Right now we offer beef by the quarter, half, and whole. As we grow and in the near future we want to be able to offer you a wide selection of the greatest beef available, on short notice, online, and in an easy and enjoyable way to purchase. That being said, you can still buy the same great beef in bulk, and we’ll make sure it gets to your freezer no problem. All you need to do is call one of us and start the conversation about how great beef should taste. We can handle it from there.

*Every animal is different, but most variance is within a few lbs. of this estimate. A quarter of beef is approximately 100 lbs. equaling about 100 servings of great tasting meals. A quarter beef contains a mix of standard cuts including steaks, roasts, short ribs, and ground beef. The average breakdown of the cuts would be about 50% ground beef, 25% ribs and roasts and 25% steaks; New York, tenderloin, sirloin tip, round, cube, etc.
